Oscar Madison's dentist came up with a way to make barnacle secretion into glue. Felix Unger takes over the entire enterprise when his wife, Gloria, commits money to it. We find out that the glue doesn't work when there's no water. A great shirt for a true fan. Or to paraphrase from the episode, "Finally, a shirt that can accommodate all my glue needs."
