Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


The main mandate at Mondo Monster Wear is to give our clients the best customer service - along with fun apparel. We try to use the best garments, printing and designs in order to achieve that. Sometimes, however, something just doesn't go right.

We will offer a full refund or exchange on any product within one month of the delivery date providing that it is in new condition (never worn or washed). If you have any issue with the product (even if you ordered the wrong size), contact us and we will send a postage-paid envelope. Once we have received the garment we will send out the replacement garment or offer a refund (money is held in reserve until we get back the incorrect item). We cannot give any exchange or refund for items that have been washed or worn. Sorry.

Let's say you accidentally clicked on the wrong item, can you get a full exchange? Yes, upon receipt of the item you purchased by mistake. 

We will take responsibility for any item that is lost in transit, UNLESS, there is a confirmation of delivery to the assigned address. We will open an investigation with the local post office. If there is a confirmed delivery and the post office verbally confirms delivery, then we are no longer responsible for refunds or exchanges. Items taken from the home or mail box are the responsibility of the purchaser.
